Requirements:
- Active Florida Pharmacy Technician License
- Must be okay with Education Verification
- 2+ years of pharmacy or healthcare experience
- Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, phone-based environment
- No time off allowed first 90 days.
- Must be able to accept a 8-hr shift M-F between 8-a-8pm EST.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process prescription orders
- Support patients and providers
- Resolve issues with empathy and professionalism
- Collaborate with pharmacists and healthcare teams
- Deliver exceptional patient care from home
Remote (Must Be Registered in Florida)
8-Hour Shifts (EST)
