Job Title: AI Architect / AI Lead

Location: Remote

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced AI Architect / AI Lead to design and lead the development of AI and Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in AI/ML, LLMs, cloud platforms, and enterprise AI architecture, along with the ability to work closely with business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design scalable and secure AI/ML and Generative AI solutions for enterprise applications.
• Lead the architecture and development of LLM-based applications, AI agents, and RAG solutions.
• Evaluate and select appropriate AI models, frameworks, and cloud services.
• Develop solutions using technologies such as Python, LLMs, RAG, LangChain/LangGraph, APIs, and vector databases.
• Work with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform for deploying AI solutions.
• Lead technical discussions, architecture decisions, POCs, and production implementations.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to identify and implement AI use cases.
• Establish best practices around AI security, scalability, performance, monitoring, and governance.
• Mentor developers and provide technical leadership to the AI team.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in AI/ML and Generative AI.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, and Prompt Engineering.
• Strong Python programming experience.
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar AI frameworks.
• Experience with Vector Databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, or FAISS.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform AI/ML services.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and cloud architecture.
• Experience designing and deploying AI solutions in production.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
