We need an experienced Amazon catalog expert to set up parent/child variation listings from our organized files. The data is already structured. The work is to build the variation families in Seller Central and troubleshoot any issues that arise during setup.
This is hands-on catalog work, not general virtual assistance. Our catalog has 1,000+ SKUs.
What you’ll do
Build about 50 complex parent/child variation families from our master file.
Use Amazon flat files to create and update our variation listings in bulk
Troubleshoot template errors, rejected uplo, and children that will not link to a parent
Keep the master spreheet accurate as families go live
Confirm when a task starts and when it is finished
Upload a flat file only after we have reviewed and approved it
The job is complete when each variation family is live in Seller Central, children are correctly linked to the parent, the listing matches our master file, and you send the Amazon processing report after every approved upload.
Must-have experience
Extensive work with Amazon inventory flat files
Deep knowledge of parent/child structures, variation themes, and how to create families correctly
Proven troubleshooting when Amazon rejects a file or a variation will not publish
High accuracy with SKUs, ASINs, attributes, and titles
Clear, concise communication
