Area Maintenance Manager

Amazon is seeking an Area Maintenance Manager to lead Reliability Maintenance & Engineering (RME) operations within our fast-paced retail fulfillment network. In this role, you will own equipment reliability, preventive and predictive maintenance programs, and day-to-day performance of a team of technicians supporting conveyors, sortation, robotics, and facility systems. You will use data to drive root cause analysis, implement continuous improvement projects, and partner closely with operations and safety teams to meet aggressive uptime and throughput goals.
