Area Manager, Early Career

Amazon is seeking an Area Manager, Early Career (2027) in SoCal, located in Moreno Valley, CA. This is a full-time, on-site, early-career role within an Amazon fulfillment or operations facility.

You will lead a team of hourly associates, drive safety, quality and productivity, and receive extensive training to develop leadership capabilities. Candidates should be pursuing or have a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree and demonstrate strong communication and customer service skills.
