Amazon is hiring Area Managers for its Operations network across Texas. You will lead 50-100 direct report Amazon Associates on a fast-paced warehouse floor, focusing on safety, quality and productivity while delivering measurable results.
This full-time on-site role spans multiple TX sites (Fort Worth, Coppell, Dallas, Amarillo, Lubbock, etc.). You will mentor teams, coordinate shift patterns, and support continuous improvements for customers receiving orders promptly.
