1. Company Introduction
We, "Carrot Solutions" provides diverse language education services to Korean students.

2. Class Description
- Teach 1, 15, 20, or 30 mins of English class, using a video (Zoom) program at the scheduled time.
- Permanent or Temporary contracts avaliable.
- Work from home. (No Commuting time/cost)
- Hourly rate of $11-13 USSD, $14-16 CAD, or 16,000 - 18,000 Korean Won (divided per 10-minute class at $2.17 – $2.50 USD).

3. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- ESL Teaching experience preferred.
- TESOL/TEFL Certifications are a plus.
- Must be extremely fluent in English
- Must be responsible and able to multitask.
- Must be able to handle high-pressure transitions between classes.
- Reliable internet connection and quiet teaching environment (Hard-wired Internet needed, not Wifi)
- Heet and webcam
- Operating System same or higher than Window 11, Mac OS 11 (Big Sur) or Mac OS 12 (Monterey)
4. Working hours/days:
Morning Hours: 5:00 AM – 11:00 AM (Monday to Friday KST)
Evening Hours: 5:00 PM – 12:00 AM ( Monday to Friday KST)
Options: Choose an AM shift, PM shift, or a mix of both. Full-time teachers can work unlimited hours (preference given to 5-day, full-time schedules). Great for part-time tutors seeking stability!
Requirements: Minimum 20 set hours per week, at least 4 days per week with identical daily hours.

5. Classes & Bookings
1-on-1 online lessons ranging from 10 to 60 minutes (10–20 minute classes are most popular).
Students are automatically assigned; no self-marketing required.
Bookings are performance and feedback-driven.
Minimum 1-year contract required (short-term options also available).
