Supporting compensation operations remotely, the full-time Compensation Operations Specialist will manage data reconciliation, enhance process efficiency, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational workflows during a period of increased business volume.
Key Responsibilities
Support compensation operations and reporting activities associated with increased business volume and new product launches
Reconcile compensation-related data across multiple systems and conduct audits to identify discrepancies and inefficiencies
Lead process improvement initiatives focused on workflow optimization and operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in analytical, business operations, compensation, HR, finance, or sales operations
Experience with large datasets, including data reconciliation, validation, analysis, and reporting
Demonstrated ability to streamline manual processes through workflow redesign and automation
Familiarity with Workday, CRM platforms, and enterprise applications
Curiosity about AI tools and their application to data-heavy workflows
