Convert PNG to Hubspot Email Template

I have a long PNG image of an email newsletter for a tech coworking space that just launched in DC, and I need help recreating it in HubSpot. The email has about 8 sections, and I want a comparable editable version that is clickable and easy to update. I already have all the image content uploaded into HubSpot, so I can grant access to the account for the work. I’m looking for someone who can complete this quickly and accurately.
