Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project goals, objectives, and deliverables. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Identify and mitigate any potential risks or issues that may impact project success. Manage and track inventory levels and supply chain logistics to ensure timely delivery of materials and products. Analyze and optimize supply chain processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely resolution of any issues. Utilize project management software and tools to effectively plan, execute, and track projects. Conduct regular project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in project management and supply chain management.
