Duties
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via multi-line phone systems, in person, and via text messaging.
Manage front end responsibilities, including greeting visitors, handling incoming calls, and directing them appropriately.
Maintain accurate records through filing, and updating patient information using using pharmacy software.
Assist with office management tasks like calendar management and appointment scheduling
Accurately operate a cash register and pharmacy software to provide medications to patients.
Ensure excellent phone etiquette and clear communication to enhance patient satisfaction.
Support administrative functions such as proofreading documents, managing office supplies, and maintaining organized filing systems.
Requirements
Strong customer service skills, with previous customer service experience.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively.
Exceptional phone communication skills combined with professional phone etiquette.
Demonstrated ability to handle clerical tasks such as filing and calendar management accurately.
