Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Laborers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks that support our operations, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. Responsibilities
Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment.
Perform general site maintenance and cleanup.
Operate hand tools and power tools as needed.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
Collaborate with team members to complete tasks on time.
Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors.
Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
Previous labor experience is preferred but not required.
Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting.
Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a positive work ethic.
