Director of Labor & Employment

<p>You will design, develop, deliver, and maintain global labor and employment compliance program including risk, governance, education, and monitoring. You'll develop close working partnerships with our broader Legal and Risk functions to understand our legal obligations for specific laws and requirements pertaining to labor and employment-related issues, owning the enterprise labor and employment compliance program and participating in the firm’s risk assessment process and mitigation of labor and employment-related risk. You'll interact with firm stakeholders to raise awareness of labor and employment trends, emerging issues, remedial actions, or enhancements to the program, providing advice to firm leadership on an ongoing basis on new business initiatives, products, business acquisitions, and related matters with respect to applicability of labor and employment policies and governance.</p><p>McKinsey & Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
