You will design and evaluate AI-powered workflows that improve productivity and solve real-world business challenges.<br><br><strong>No Prior AI Training Experience Is Required.<br><br></strong>Key Responsibilities<br><br><ul><li>Design, build, and optimize AI-powered and agentic workflows for business processes.</li><li>Evaluate AI agent performance and identify reasoning, workflow, and tool-use gaps.</li><li>Develop practical use cases, test cases, and operational playbooks.</li><li>Document workflows, outcomes, and best practices for enterprise AI adoption.</li><li>Provide actionable feedback to improve AI systems and business workflows.</li><li>Collaborate with product and research teams to translate business needs into AI solutions.<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Required Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>Professional experience in Sales, Growth, Product Management, Project Management, Finance, or a related business function.</li><li>Hands-on experience using AI agents as part of professional workflows.</li><li>Experience building and operating multi-tool AI workflows.</li><li>Familiarity with tools such as Gmail, Drive, Slack, Jira, APIs, MCP connectors, Zapier, Make, or n8n.</li><li>Ability to connect data sources, configure permissions, and integrate AI agents with business systems.</li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication.</li><li>Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.<br></li></ul>
