Job Description

We're looking for a Junior Business Analyst who is curious, organized, comfortable working with information, and excited to learn. You don't need years of experience for this position. We're looking for someone with the right attitude and the ability to learn quickly.

This role is a good fit for a recent graduate who wants to get their foot in the door and build a career in business, analytics, operations, or technology.

What Your Day Might Look Like

No two days will be exactly the same. You may:

  • Review data and reports to help identify what's working and what isn't
  • Meet with different teams to understand their needs
  • Help improve existing processes and workflows
  • Build Excel reports and presentations
  • Research a business question and present your findings
  • Help track projects, deadlines, and deliverables
  • Work with team members to solve day-to-day business problems
  • Learn new tools and systems along the way
  • Take an idea from "we should probably fix this" to an actual solution


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 0-2 years of experience in a business, analytical, or related role
  • Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work with different teams
  • Comfortable learning new software and systems
  • Organized, dependable, and willing to ask questions and learn

This is an entry-level position. Recent graduates and candidates with internship, academic project, or limited professional experience are encouraged to apply.
