Job Description: Convert scanned PDFs into editable Microsoft Word documents matching the source layout, tables, spacing, headings, line breaks, and structure Recreate typed notes, tables, bilingual sections, complex layouts, and occasional handwriting Use OCR outputs or request OCR support, then clean, format, and verify documents in Word Follow written style and formatting guidelines for consistency Handle medical documents confidentially and responsibly Flag unclear or illegible content and document uncertainties Perform line-by-line quality checks before submitting work Requirements: Advanced Microsoft Word skills, especially tables, tabs, spacing, page layout, headers/footers, and styles Excellent attention to detail and comfort with meticulous, repetitive work Intermediate English proficiency for reading, writing, guidelines, labels, and communication Experience handling medical, legal, or technical documents with complex formatting preferred Familiarity with OCR tools such as ABBYY FineReader or Adobe Acrobat Pro preferred Basic image editing skills helpful for improving readability in difficult scans Benefits: Equal-opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace
