Entry-Level Recruiter (100% Remote)

<p>Peregrine Team is hiring a Recruiter to join our growing team! This position is full time, remote first & base + commission with full benefits!</p><p><br></p><p>About the Role:</p><p>We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Recruiter to join our team. As a Recruiter, you’ll play a key role in helping clients find the right candidates quickly and efficiently. You’ll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for a variety of positions. This is a fast-paced, people-focused role ideal for someone who’s competitive, organized, and enjoys building relationships.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Source candidates using job boards, social media, databases, and referrals</li><li>Review resumes and conduct phone screens to assess candidate fit</li><li>Coordinate interviews and manage the hiring process with clients and candidates</li><li>Maintain accurate records in the ATS and ensure timely follow-ups</li><li>Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for high-demand roles</li><li>Develop relationships with both active and passive talent</li><li>Collaborate with Account Managers to understand client needs and hiring goals</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Requirements:</p><ul><li><strong>Must be able to work 8am-5pm Pacific time (11am-8pm ET), Monday-Friday</strong>, regardless of location</li><li><strong>Must be able to start work on October 1, 2026</strong></li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Preferred Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree</li><li>1+ year professional work experience</li><li>Experience working in sales, retail, food service, customer service, and/or commission/incentive pay roles</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Benefits:</p><ul><li>Competitive base + incentive-based compensation</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>401(k) plan</li><li>100% remote work</li><li>Attractive PTO plan</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Thank you and we look forward to hearing from you!</p>
