Experienced STR Co-Hosting / Vacation Rental Management Founder — Paid Consulting

I am building a short-term-rental co-hosting and vacation-rental-management business in the United States and am looking for an experienced operator for approximately 3–4 intensive private consulting sessions.

I am specifically looking for someone who has personally built or significantly grown a third-party STR management company—not only someone who owns their own Airbnb properties or works as a virtual assistant.

Ideally, you currently manage at least 20 short-term-rental properties belonging to multiple property owners and have direct experience with:

1. Acquiring and closing property owners

2. Management/co-hosting pricing and service structure

3. Owner onboarding(main focus)

4. Airbnb and Vrbo operations

5. PMS implementation

6. PriceLabs or similar revenue-management systems

7. Cleaning and maintenance operations

8. Guest communication

9. Owner reporting

10. Scaling from the first few properties into a larger portfolio(Main focus)

My intended model allows property owners to retain control of their listings and receive booking payouts directly while my company handles revenue management and day-to-day STR operations.

The engagement would likely consist of four 60–90 minute working sessions covering:

1. Business model, offer and pricing

2. Owner acquisition and sales

3. Property onboarding and operations

4. Review of my complete launch plan and 90-day strategy

I am happy to pay professional consulting rates for someone with genuine operating experience.
