Job Description:

  • Represent PGIM Global Wealth products and vehicles, including mutual funds, ETFs, SMAs, alternative investments, and CITs
  • Sell across retail and retirement platforms to investment professionals in the territory
  • Raise net new assets for the firm
  • Service the existing client base across wirehouses, regional broker dealers, and RIA aggregator firms
  • Differentiate investment strategies and provide technical information
  • Articulate product benefits relative to competitors
  • Demonstrate expert understanding of asset allocation, portfolio construction, capital markets, and industry topics
  • Meet specific sales targets across investment products, vehicles, and firms
  • Communicate one-on-one, electronically, and through presentations to financial professionals
  • Work with internal and external business partners to align resources with sales outcomes
  • Manage the territory and travel extensively in the field

Requirements:

  • Home office required to be in one of the major zones within the geographic region
  • Access to a major airport that serves the respective states
  • Strong communication skills
  • Self motivated with successful territory management and selling skills
  • Ability to drive objectives relatively autonomously
  • 5-7 years of experience in the asset management distribution industry
  • 3-5 years of sales experience directly to financial intermediaries
  • Ability to travel extensively in the field, approximately 80% of the time
  • Series 7 license required
  • Series 63 or 65 license required
