Represent PGIM Global Wealth products and vehicles, including mutual funds, ETFs, SMAs, alternative investments, and CITs
Sell across retail and retirement platforms to investment professionals in the territory
Raise net new assets for the firm
Service the existing client base across wirehouses, regional broker dealers, and RIA aggregator firms
Differentiate investment strategies and provide technical information
Articulate product benefits relative to competitors
Demonstrate expert understanding of asset allocation, portfolio construction, capital markets, and industry topics
Meet specific sales targets across investment products, vehicles, and firms
Communicate one-on-one, electronically, and through presentations to financial professionals
Work with internal and external business partners to align resources with sales outcomes
Manage the territory and travel extensively in the field
Requirements:
Home office required to be in one of the major zones within the geographic region
Access to a major airport that serves the respective states
Strong communication skills
Self motivated with successful territory management and selling skills
Ability to drive objectives relatively autonomously
5-7 years of experience in the asset management distribution industry
3-5 years of sales experience directly to financial intermediaries
Ability to travel extensively in the field, approximately 80% of the time
Series 7 license required
Series 63 or 65 license required
