<p><strong>Educators: Your Skills Can Take You Beyond the Classroom</strong></p><p>The skills you've developed as an educator; explaining complex ideas, building relationships, communicating with different personalities, and helping people take action; can transfer well beyond the classroom.</p><p>We're looking for current and former teachers, coaches, counselors, administrators, and other education professionals who are interested in applying those skills in financial services while helping individuals and families better understand their financial options.</p><p>In this role, you'll meet virtually with individuals and families, learn about their goals and priorities, and educate them on strategies related to life insurance, income protection, savings, college planning, and retirement planning.</p><p>What You'll Do</p><ul><li>Meet virtually with individuals and families to understand their financial goals.</li><li>Explain financial concepts and strategies in clear, easy-to-understand terms.</li><li>Educate clients on financial strategies appropriate to their individual needs.</li><li>Build professional relationships through communication, education, and service.</li><li>Follow up with prospective and existing clients.</li><li>Participate in structured training, coaching, and mentorship to develop your financial-services knowledge.</li></ul><p><strong>Why Educators?</strong></p><p>Your experience in education has already developed many of the skills that are valuable in this field. It is not a salaried or hourly position, and there is no guaranteed income.
