<p><strong>Title: </strong>GIS Compliance Specialist </p><p><strong>PR: </strong>25hr – 30hr </p><p><strong>Duration: </strong>Contract until EOY (possible extensions, possible direct hire) </p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Dallas, TX 75240 (Onsite 5 days/week) </p><p><br></p><p>The primary responsibility of this role is to perform data entry tasks for various data surveys, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.</p><p><br></p><p>• Accurately enter and update data from surveys into our database systems.</p><p>• Verify the accuracy and completeness of data entries.</p><p>• Ensure all data entry processes comply with relevant regulations and company policies.</p><p>• Conduct regular audits of data entries to identify and correct errors.</p><p>• Collaborate with other team members to resolve data discrepancies.</p><p>• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.</p><p>• Assist in the preparation of compliance reports and documentation.</p><p>• Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to data entry and compliance.</p><p>• Experience working in and creating maps/content/online mapping resources in ESRI ArcGIS</p><p>• Maintain data integrity while working in a collaborate, multi-user, data heavy environment</p><p>• Experience with using geoprocessing tools to integrate tabular data into spatial data</p><p>• Multitasking and able to handle multiple projects at the same time</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications: </strong></p><ul><li>Associate degree</li><li>2+ years of experience with ESRI ArcGIS (including Undergraduate coursework) </li><li>Proficient within Excel</li><li>TSA Precheck </li></ul><p><strong>Plusses: </strong></p><ul><li>Background in utilities industry </li><li>Bachelor’s degree</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p>
