To enhance the global HR technology ecosystem, the full-time Global People Data & Technology Specialist will administer and optimize various HR platforms, drive transformation initiatives, and support data management and reporting, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
Drive global HRIS implementations and transformation initiatives to standardize People & Culture processes
Administer and maintain HR technology platforms, ensuring data accuracy and system performance
Prepare and distribute P&C reports and dashboards, responding to reporting requests effectively
Required qualifications
Equivalent professional experience in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field; degree preferred
Hands-on experience with HR technology platforms such as Workday, Oracle HCM, or similar systems
Strong Excel skills, including data cleanup, validation, and basic analysis
Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau
HR technology certifications, such as Workday or SAP, are a plus
