Job Description:

  • Administer and maintain Salesforce environments, including user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings
  • Configure and customize Salesforce features such as objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, flows, and reports
  • Build and maintain automations and data flows supporting GTM and operational workflows
  • Troubleshoot issues, manage data integrity, and perform regular system audits
  • Design and maintain reports and dashboards for sales, operations, and leadership
  • Manage data imports, exports, and cleanup using tools like Data Loader
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
  • Provide user support, documentation, and light training as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors on Salesforce-related initiatives
  • Ensure best practices around performance, security, and compliance

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud (Service Cloud is a plus)
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, automation, and reporting
  • Experience supporting GTM or RevOps teams
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and deliver in a contract environment
  • Deep experience with Flow Builder and advanced automation is nice to have
  • Familiarity with Salesforce integrations and third-party apps is nice to have
  • Experience in high-growth startups or scaling organizations is nice to have
  • Additional Salesforce certifications are nice to have

Benefits:

  • Contract length of 3–6 months, with possibility of extension
  • 30–40 hours per week
