<p>🚨 <strong>HR / Labor Relations Opportunity – Arlington, TX</strong></p><p>I’m hiring for an <strong>HR / Labor Relations professional</strong> to support GM’s Arlington Assembly facility.</p><p>📍 <strong>Arlington, TX – 100% onsite</strong></p><p>💰 $<strong>45-48/hr</strong></p><p>📅 <strong>6-month contract with potential extension/direct hire</strong></p><p>⏰ <strong>Monday–Friday | Core hours 8:00 AM–2:30 PM</strong></p><p>⚠️ Must be flexible to support <strong>2nd and 3rd shifts as needed</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>What we’re looking for:</strong></p><p>• 3–4+ years of HR/Labor Relations experience</p><p>• Strong <strong>labor relations and contract administration</strong> experience</p><p>• Experience handling <strong>grievances, employee relations, investigations, discipline, and performance issues</strong></p><p>• Experience working with an <strong>hourly, unionized workforce</strong>, ideally in manufacturing</p><p>• Familiarity with <strong>timekeeping, attendance, manpower planning, onboarding, HR metrics, Workday and/or Kronos</strong></p><p>• Strong communication, conflict resolution, and leadership coaching skills</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Big plus:</strong> UAW experience, shop-floor HR experience, or exposure to collective bargaining/contract negotiations.</p><p>This is a hands-on plant HR role working directly with employees, leadership, and union representatives.</p>
