HR Partner: Onsite, Data-Driven People Leader

Amazon is seeking an HR Partner on the People, Experience and Technology (PXT) team to support site operations and employee engagement. You will champion employee experience, execute standard HR processes, and partner with leadership to drive engagement and operational excellence across rural and regional sites. You will work onsite at Amazon facilities, building partnerships, managing confidential information, and using data insights to inform people strategies.
