IAM Access Certification Services Specialist

Manage access certifications for all internal systems and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. Review and analyze access requests to determine level of access needed and appropriate approvals. Conduct regular audits and reviews of access controls to identify and prevent potential security breaches. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement access control processes and procedures. Communicate with employees, managers, and other stakeholders to facilitate access certification processes and address any issues or concerns. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to IAM processes and regulations. Provide training and support to employees on access certification procedures and guidelines. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to access certifications. Work closely with IT and security teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of access certification tasks. Maintain accurate records and documentation of access certification processes and results. Continuously identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of access certification processes. Comply with all company policies, procedures, and standards related to information security and data privacy. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to other team members. Prioritize and manage multiple access certification tasks and projects simultaneously.
