Job Description:
Generate maximum sales efficiencies while maintaining or exceeding targeted net sales volume
Promote and support Hilton Grand Vacations and Hilton Club culture
Assist with supervision and lead all aspects of the sales line
Mentor, model and reinforce effective sales and customer service practices, behaviors and results
Maintain a professional and personal image aligned with HGV standards of integrity, quality and customer service
Requirements:
Consistent track record of outstanding results in timeshare sales
Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
High School diploma or equivalent
2+ years' experience mentoring, coaching or supervising team members
2+ years' proven front-to-back sales experience within timeshare sales
Prior experience closing sales or sales management experience
Basic technical abilities to navigate Salesforce, Chorus, E-worksheet, RingCentral, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office Suite and proprietary programs
Must have a private, professional space free from interruptions
Must maintain a clean and organized on-camera background
Must be on camera at all times during training and live presentations
Must understand that all visual and audio interactions are recorded as part of onboarding and training
Active state real estate license if required in state of residence
Must reside in a state where HGV has an active broker relationship: Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Michigan, Missouri, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, and the posting's listed 'WN'
