LinkedIn Ghostwriter (Retainer, Growth Potential) - Contract to Hire

We're an outbound sales agency and we want to build a real presence on LinkedIn. Not generic corporate posts. Stories and insights that actually get read.

What we need:

Long-form text posts paired with images and infographics. You write the posts, shape the stories, and work with us on the visual concepts that go with them. We'll bring the raw material (our wins, lessons, and takes on outbound sales), you turn it into content people stop scrolling for.

The setup:

This is a monthly retainer. We want someone consistent, not a one-off gig.

The upside:

Here's where it gets interesting. If you get great results for us, we plan to add ghostwriting to our own service offering and bring you in to deliver it for our client base. Do good work and this grows into something much bigger than one account.

You're a good fit if you:

Have ghostwritten LinkedIn content that performed (bring receipts: impressions, followers, inbound le)

Know how to write hooks that stop the scroll and stories that hold attention

Can think visually and brief out infographics, or better yet, design them yourself

Understand B2B and sales, so the content sounds like us and not a content mill
