Description
We are looking for a quick-thinking, empathetic, and tech-savvy Live Chat Support Specialists to join our customer success team. In this role, you aren’t just answering tickets; you are the voice of our brand. You’ll be responsible for providing real-time solutions, navigating multiple conversations simultaneously, and turning frustrated users into brand advocates.
Key Responsibilities
Answering client's inquiries
Addressing issues with the orders and product inquiries via customer interface platform and from Facebook and email.
Tracking Shipments and backend shipping inquiries
General Research
Updating addresses and client information
Qualifications
1 year live chat experience
Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
Can work 40 hours a week during US business hours, must be open to shifting schedule
No other commitments, can start ASAP
Has own work-from-home equipment
Internet speed: At least 50mbps
Computer processor: At least Core i5 or equivalent
