Looking for an Airbnb/STR Co host for regular Guest communication & coordinating with cleaning team - Contract to Hire

We're looking for an experienced Airbnb Guest Communication & Co-Host to manage day-to-day guest messaging and operations for a small portfolio of Airbnb properties, including some with multiple rooms.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly to guest messages before, during and after their stay.

Manage check-in and check-out communications.

Coordinate cleaning schedules with our cleaners.

Handle guest requests and resolve issues.

Keep bookings and daily operations running smoothly.

Requirements

Proven experience with Airbnb guest communication.

Experience using Airbnb and channel managers/PMS.

Excellent written English and communication skills.

Highly organised, reliable and proactive.

Able to respond quickly throughout the day, including evenings when required.

This is a remote role with no fixed hours, but prompt responses are essential, especially around check-in times.
