Job Description:

Are you a go-getter looking for an exciting and challenging internship program that will give you real-world experience and help you grow both personally and professionally? As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work alongside industry experts and gain hands-on experience.

What'sthe role
Join our APAC Material Planning team and gain hands-on experience in supply chain operations for lubricants. You will support raw material planning activities that ensure timely availability of critical inputs across multiple markets.

  • Location: Shell Centre KL

  • Duration: 4 months (extendable depending on mutual agreement)

Whatyou'llbe doing

  • Support Base Oil Invoicing Activities

  • Assist in monitoring raw material inventory levels and replenishment plans.

  • Support data analysis for demand forecasting and supply planning.

  • Collaborate with regional planners and suppliers to resolve material availability issues.

  • Prepare reports and dashboards for planning performance and KPIs.

Whatyou'llbring

We would like to hear from candidates currently pursuing a relevant degree program as a penultimate/final year student or has graduated with a degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or any other related field of study.

  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent proficiency in English

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software (knowledge in automation/data analytical tools will be an added advantage)
