We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Medical Transcriptionist / Radiology Scribe to join our growing teleradiology team. This position supports radiologists by preparing reports, documenting findings accurately, and ensuring efficient workflow during reading sessions. The ideal candidate has experience in medical transcription or medical scribing, with a strong preference for radiology experience.
This role requires excellent English communication skills, strong medical terminology knowledge, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Work Schedule
Monday–Friday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time (U.S.)
Must be consistently available during these hours.
Responsibilities
Assist radiologists by preparing reports for review and signature.
Ensure reports are complete, accurate, and grammatically correct.
Maintain strict patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
Work efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Communicate professionally with team members regarding workflow questions.
Follow established reporting templates and workflow processes.
Required Qualifications
Previous experience as a:
Medical Transcriptionist
Medical Scribe
Medical Documentation Specialist
Or another related healthcare documentation role
Strong knowledge of medical terminology.
Radiology experience is strongly preferred.
Excellent English grammar, spelling, punctuation, and listening skills.
Exceptional typing speed and accuracy.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable learning new software and workflows.

Employment Type
This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position.
Applicants are responsible for their own taxes and any required equipment.
Compensation
$2,500 USD per month
