Meta Account Issue - Fix

My Public Space Business Portfolio is verified, but my personal Facebook profile appears to have an old identity/account integrity restriction.

Because of this:

I cannot complete WhatsApp Business onboarding — Meta shows “No businesses available”

I cannot add another user/admin to the Business Portfolio — Meta shows “User cannot be added to business”

The identity verification process itself is stuck in a loop. I can log in and complete OTP/security checks, but it repeatedly returns “Security check in progress” and never allows me to complete verification.

I have already tried the standard Meta recovery routes, including Identity Confirmation, Protect My Account, hacked-account recovery, Report a Problem, different browsers/devices and Meta AI support.

I am looking for someone who has dealt specifically with Meta account integrity restrictions, Business Manager access issues and identity verification loops, ideally someone who knows how to get a case escalated to human Meta support/manual review.

I do not need general Facebook support or someone to repeat standard Help Centre troubleshooting.
