Nurse/Medical Biller/Coder - EHR Workflow AI Consultant (Remote, Part-time)

Folio is looking for experienced nurses and medical billing/coding professionals who work in EHR or billing software every day to join a short-term, fully remote AI training project. You'll be demonstrating real-world software workflows in the applications you already know.

What you'd do

• Walk through and demonstrate everyday workflows in the software you already use
• No patient data and no clinical decisions. Just your hands-on expertise with the tools

Software experience we're looking for (one or more preferred):

• Oracle Health (or Oracle Cerner)
• MEDITECH
• athenahealth
• eClinicalWorks (eCW)
• MDLand iClinic®

Experience with other major EHR, billing, or clearinghouse systems is a plus.

Who we're looking for

• Nurses of all kinds : Registered Nurses (RN), Nurse Practitioners (NP/APRN), and Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses (LPN/LVN)
• Medical billers, coders, and medical records / health information staff
• Several years of hands-on experience with one or more of the systems above
• U.S.-based

• 10 hrs/week (hours are flexible based on your schedule and adjustable on a week-by-week basis)
• 100% remote
• Starts mid-September
• Paid hourly, f inal rate confirmed based on your experience and specific tools you are familiar with
