You will help answer questions, guide users through processes, and ensure every interaction is handled with empathy, accuracy, and professionalism. If you have strong communication skills, a passion for helping others, and a desire to thrive in the healthcare field, we’d love to hear from you.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Provide timely and professional online chat support to patients and visitors</li><li>Answer questions regarding appointments, insurance, and general healthcare services</li><li>Navigate internal systems to retrieve and relay accurate information</li><li>Document all chat interactions clearly and accurately in the CRM system</li><li>Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members</li><li>Maintain a positive, empathetic attitude in every conversation</li><li>Follow company protocols for data privacy and HIPAA compliance</li><li>Collaborate with administrative colleagues to improve response quality</li><li>Meet performance goals for response time and customer satisfaction</li><li>Stay up to date on company policies, services, and healthcare procedures<br><br></li></ul><strong>Requirements<br><br></strong><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework is a plus</li><li>Excellent written communication skills with strong grammar and spelling</li><li>Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously</li><li>Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with online communication tools</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail</li><li>Patient and composed when handling inquiries or challenging situations</li><li>Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free home workspace</li><li>Prior experience in customer service or healthcare administration is preferred but not required</li><li>Willingness to complete training on HIPAA and patient privacy regulations</li><li>Ability to work full-time hours, including occasional weekend or evening shifts as needed</li></ul>
