Packaging Prepress Specialist Needed – Separate Product Render for Pantone Printing

I have a JPG rendering of a flexible stick pack that needs to appear on a printed carton. The stick pack itself needs to print using a specific Pantone spot color rather than the color embedded in the JPG.

I need someone to separate the rendering so I can use a solid Pantone vector shape as the base color while retaining the realistic shadows, highlights, wrinkles and dimensional details from the original rendering on transparent layers.

The text/logo/artwork on the stick pack can be supplied separately as vector artwork.

Final file should allow me to:

Change the underlying stick pack color to any Pantone spot color

Preserve realistic shadows, highlights and wrinkles

Keep the base color transparent/independent from the rendering

Place the result into Adobe Illustrator for final packaging production

Maintain proper spot-color separation for commercial printing

Deliverables: Layered PSD and/or AI file with clearly separated base color, shadows, highlights and artwork.
