As a senior or lead paid search strategist on Progressive’s Commercial Lines Media team, you’ll lead paid search strategy and campaign management across Google, Microsoft, and emerging AI-driven search platforms for commercial insurance products.

In this role, you’ll develop, execute, and optimize campaigns that drive profitable growth. You'll also partner with media, analytics, and measurement teams to evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and guide strategy in a rapidly evolving search landscape.

This is a remote position with occasional travel to Corporate Headquarters (300 North Commons Blvd., Mayfield Village, Ohio) roughly four to six times per year.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of eight years related marketing or digital media experience
• {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years related marketing or digital media experience

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of media planning and buying processes, including experience working across agency and client partners.
• Experience independently managing and optimizing paid search campaigns in Google and Microsoft Advertising, with exposure to emerging AI or conversational search platforms.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and project management skills, with the ability to align marketing, media, and business partners.
• Ability to translate marketing goals into actionable media strategies and serve as a trusted partner or consultant to internal teams.
• Strategic, proactive mindset with familiarity in local or regional media planning and a focus on process improvement and partnership growth.

Compensation

• $74,000 - $98,700/year
• Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
