This Part-Time Student Apprentice IT role is designed to augment their regular full-time staff and is intended for students working year-round alongside their school schedule. This is a Partial Remote Position.

Responsibilities:

As a Part-Time Student Apprentice IT, you will be responsible for:

• Maintaining the status-quo with Cloud Native components
• Automating the provisioning of cloud-native resources with Infrastructure-as-Code tools
• Managing the configuration of infrastructure components using Configuration Management tools
• Working with I & O scrum teams that manage other infrastructure components

Required Skills:

• Linux Operating System and Bash shell scripting
• Knowledge of the network OSI Model layers
• Knowledge of Containers (Docker) & Kubernetes

Skills That Make You Stand Out:

• Experience with programming languages like Python for infrastructure automation
• Experience with databases SQL & NoSQL
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum team environment
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes
