PASSENGER SERVICE AGENT (JFK Airport)
Starting Pay: $21.25

JOB DUTIES:

• Assist passengers with check-in for domestic and international travel.
• Process passenger check-ins using computerized systems.
• Assign seats and verify travel documentation.
• Issue boarding passes and verify ticket and reservation information.
• Match passenger manifests with boarding counts.
• Assist with airport and government agency procedures as required.
• Connect and disconnect jetways or boarding stairs as needed.
• Make arrival and departure announcements.
• Provide customer service and assist passengers throughout the travel process.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to obtain and maintain airport credentials as required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 70 pounds.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced airport environment.
