Lead CCaaS pre-sales architecture across Amazon Connect, Genesys Cloud, NICE CXone, Five9 and Dynamics 365 Contact Center.
Responsibilities
- Design contact-center architectures and migration roadmaps on Amazon Connect, Genesys Cloud, NICE CXone, Five9 and Dynamics 365 CC.
- Run discovery, demos and RFP responses that map CCaaS capabilities to CX, cost and operational outcomes.
- Partner with Amazon, Genesys, NICE, Five9 and Microsoft field teams on joint sales motions and partner-led POCs.
Requirements
- 5+ years in pre-sales, solutions architecture or consulting for enterprise CCaaS platforms.
- Hands-on with at least two of: Amazon Connect, Genesys Cloud, NICE CXone, Five9, Dynamics 365 Contact Center.
- Strong executive communication, discovery skills and comfort owning technical win in enterprise deals.
