Job Description: Own the full recruiting funnel end to end, from role kickoff and job description through sourcing, screening, interview loop design, and offers Build target lists and run LinkedIn and email outbound sequences to reach senior Amazon operators Conduct first interviews and screen 20–30 candidates per month Provide partners with trusted shortlists and written candidate recommendations Configure and operate the ATS, including stages, scorecards, templates, automations, reporting, and data quality Brief and manage agencies and headhunters, hold them to SLAs, and reduce reliance on external agencies Build and maintain a warm, pre-qualified bench of Amazon talent Report directly to the partners and set recruiting KPIs with them Manage the recruiting function as the first dedicated recruiting hire Requirements: 4+ years in recruiting At least 2 years running roles full-cycle independently Ability to manage recruiting funnels using metrics such as reply rates, stage conversion, time-to-hire, and offer acceptance Strong outbound sourcing experience, including building target lists and writing sequences that engage senior candidates Experience owning an ATS; ability to configure any modern ATS required Breezy ATS experience is a plus Excellent written English Experience working without an HR department and operating as the entire recruiting function Experience hiring in Amazon, e-commerce, performance marketing, or digital agencies is a strong plus Agency or headhunting background is a strong plus Fluency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Apollo, Clay, Boolean search, x-ray search, and AI sourcing Working-hours overlap with Central European Time and US Eastern Benefits: Base compensation of $3,500–$5,000/month, depending on experience and location Per-hire bonus on every hire that passes 90 days, scaled by the seniority of the seat Quarterly performance bonus against agreed KPIs On-target earnings of roughly $50,000–$120,000/year Real hiring budget Recruiting tools and paid sourcing tooling, including access beyond a free LinkedIn account
