[Remote] AI Solutions Engineer (Python & Architecture)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. EPAM Systems is a technology services company delivering innovative solutions to industry leaders worldwide. The AI Solutions Engineer will support technical enablement initiatives, bootcamps, and workshops while accelerating developer adoption of SAP's Golden Path Agentic AI framework through demos, labs, workflows, and production-ready AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate technical bootcamps and hands-on enablement sessions
• Deliver code-first learning experiences rather than slide-based training
• Build demos, labs, and reusable enablement assets
• Design workflows, automations, and solution bundles that accelerate adoption and improve enablement outcomes
• Bridge the gap between building AI agents and shipping them to production
• Support consultation efforts and self-paced learning offerings
• Travel to deliver sessions onsite as needed

Skills

• - 5+ years of experience in software development
• - 2+ years of experience working with LangGraph and MLflow
• - Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Python, including backend development
• - Intermediate experience with Databricks, CI/CD, MCP (Model Context Protocol), and A2A (Agent-to-Agent)
• - Intermediate to advanced skills in AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cline, and GitHub Copilot
• - Strong background in AI engineering and software development
• - Excellent technical storytelling and communication skills
• - Comfort facilitating hands-on workshops and bootcamps
• - Passion for learning emerging technologies and rapidly building expertise in new areas
• - English proficiency at B2 level or higher
• - Experience designing workflows and automation solutions that improve processes and enhance enablement offerings
• - Familiarity with Spec-Driven Development practices
