Apple is seeking detail-oriented individuals to join its global moderation team as Remote Content Reviewers. In this compliance-focused role, you will help maintain the integrity of the App Store by reviewing app submissions, updates, and metadata for adherence to Apple’s strict content guidelines and policies.

This position is ideal for candidates who have strong analytical skills, a good understanding of digital content standards, and a passion for keeping platforms safe and trustworthy.

Key Responsibilities

• Review app submissions and updates for compliance with App Store guidelines
• Flag, escalate, or reject apps that violate Apple’s policies (e.g., spam, inappropriate content, misleading metadata)
• Moderate user-generated content (e.g., screenshots, descriptions, reviews) to ensure platform integrity
• Accurately document decisions and reasoning within Apple’s content management systems
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, and quality teams when needed
• Stay updated on evolving regulatory and content policy changes

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in communications, IT, media, or relevant field (preferred)
• Strong understanding of mobile apps, digital platforms, and online content moderation
• Excellent written English; multilingual candidates (Spanish, French, Arabic, Hindi, etc.) are a plus
• Analytical mindset with high attention to detail
• Experience in QA, compliance, trust & safety, or moderation roles is advantageous
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment
