[Remote] Associate Manager, Strategy and Operations - Fraud

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. DoorDash is a technology and logistics company that empowers local economies through delivery and other services. The Associate Manager will develop and execute fraud strategy, analyze fraud vectors, partner with product and engineering teams, and use experimentation to reduce fraud while accelerating growth.

Responsibilities

• Have a chance to define and implement DoorDash’s strategy in new areas and be responsible for delivering direct business impact to DoorDash
• Analyze fraud vectors across DoorDash's platform – complete end-to-end analysis that allows us to better identify the bad actors on our platform and improve the experience of good users
• Influence and engage across the company – partner with the product, engineering, and analytics, and cross-functional teams to establish goals and build strategic programs
• Improve through experimentation – use data-driven decision-making to run tests on everything to reduce fraud while accelerating growth

Skills

• 4+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, bizops, investment banking, analytics or related experience; high-growth tech experience preferred
• Experience leading large projects, hitting goals, and succeeding in a team environment
• Proven problem-solving and analytical skills; proficiency in SQL and Excel are required
• Bachelor degree required
