Position Overview
Serenity Developmental Services is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote supervision and professional guidance as our company continues to expand its behavioral and developmental services.
This is a fully remote, flexible 1099 contractor position that can be completed alongside other employment or private practice responsibilities.
Responsibilities may include:
- Providing remote supervision and consultation
- Reviewing client programming, goals, and documentation
- Providing clinical guidance related to behavioral services
- Supporting ethical and evidence-based ABA practices
- Meeting virtually with the owner/staff for supervision and case consultation
- Providing qualifying BCBA supervision toward fieldwork hours, when applicable and consistent with BACB requirements
- Assisting with development of behavior-support strategies and staff training as appropriate
Qualifications
Applicants should:
- Hold an active BCBA certification
- Be in good standing with the BACB
- Have experience providing ABA or behavioral services
- Have experience working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities
- Be comfortable providing remote supervision
- Have strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Have experience supervising BCBA fieldwork hours or be willing and qualified to do so
Experience with Regional Centers, California's Self-Determination Program (SDP), adult services, adaptive skills, or community-based ABA is preferred but not required.
Schedule & Compensation
This position is expected to require approximately 5-10 hours per month initially, with the opportunity for additional hours as Serenity Developmental Services grows.
Compensation: Competitive hourly 1099 contractor rate, based on experience.
Schedule: Flexible and arranged directly with the contractor.
This position may be a good fit for a BCBA looking for a small, flexible remote consulting/supervision role while helping a growing developmental services company build high-quality behavioral supports.
