Remote Business Development Manager | BDR Team Lead

Absorb is seeking a Manager, Business Development to lead a growing outbound BDR team and scale our sales motion. You’ll mentor reps, refine talk tracks, and drive results through targeted prospecting, while partnering with a hands-on VP to build scalable processes.

You will lead by example, monitor daily/weekly metrics, and champion a culture of accountability and collaboration to achieve pipeline goals and expand Absorb’s customer base.
