As a Remote Cabin Experience & Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the frontline guardian of the cleanliness, safety, and overall comfort of our aircraft cabins. This is not a typical call‑center job – you will be actively involved in on‑site cleaning, disinfecting, and safety inspections, while also leveraging digital tools to track compliance and communicate with the broader operations team. Key Responsibilities

Cabin Cleaning & Disinfection: Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of aircraft interiors according to arenaflex’s rigorous standards, ensuring every seat, tray table, and high‑touch surface is spotless.

Safety Inspections: Conduct pre‑flight and post‑flight safety checks, documenting any discrepancies and coordinating with maintenance teams to resolve issues promptly.

Digital Reporting: Use arenaflex’s proprietary software and mobile devices to log cleaning activities, upload inspection photos, and confirm compliance with health regulations.

Shift Flexibility: Work varied shifts—including early mornings, evenings, and weekends—to align with flight schedules and operational demands.

Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
- Minimum age of 18 years and legal authorization to work in the United States.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and move equipment, supplies, or items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Successful completion of a Physical Ability Test (PAT) – candidates can prepare by reviewing the instructional video provided by arenaxflex.
- Willingness to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) such as hearing protection, safety toe shoes, hard hats, and high‑visibility clothing as required.
- Strong focus on personal, passenger, and data safety, with a commitment to following all health and security protocols.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- Prior experience in aircraft cleaning, hospitality, or a related customer‑service role.
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and airline industry safety standards.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—to effectively document findings and interact with team members.

Compensation & Benefits
