Remote Chief People Officer for Growth-Stage Tech

Ocient is seeking a Chief People Officer to lead our people strategy during a defining growth phase. Reporting to the CEO, you will build talent infrastructure, culture, and leadership to scale from a high-velocity startup to a durable, high-performance org. This is a hands-on, visible role for an operator who thrives in ambiguity and moves fast.

You will counsel the CEO and executive team on all people matters, with extensive experience in growth-stage tech and pre-/post-IPO environments.
