Key Responsibilities

  • Patient Advocacy & Support – Serve as the primary liaison for patients, providing timely, accurate information via phone, chat, and email. Demonstrate empathy and professionalism while addressing questions about eligibility, product selection, dosage, and usage.
  • Order Management & Fulfillment – Guide patients through the entire order process, from verification of medical status to scheduling home delivery, applying discounts, and processing cancellations or returns. Ensure all transactions comply with Florida’s medical marijuana regulations.
  • Relationship Building – Cultivate strong, trust‑based relationships with patients, healthcare providers, and industry partners. Follow up on patient satisfaction, gather feedback, and advocate for continuous improvement.
  • Product & Program Knowledge – Maintain an in‑depth understanding of arenaflex’s product portfolio, including strains, delivery methods, and dosing guidelines. Stay current on changes to the Florida medical marijuana program, state regulations, and industry best practices.

  • Continuous Improvement – Participate in regular training sessions, feedback loops, and process reviews to refine customer service protocols and elevate the patient experience.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework or a degree is a plus).
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in customer service, preferably within the cannabis, healthcare, or retail sectors.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear, compassionate manner.
