Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company USA is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused HR Operations Specialist for a leading healthcare organization. The role involves supporting a wide range of HR operations and employee inquiries, ensuring high-quality service delivery and compliance with HR policies.


Responsibilities

  • Review HRIS transactional process requests daily and weekly, approving or rejecting transactions based on established HR policies and procedures
  • Understand core HR policies and processes to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant transaction processing
  • Escalate complex transactional issues and policy-related questions to HR leadership when appropriate
  • Manage employee HR cases, calls, and chats involving benefits, compensation, wellness programs, leave of absence, payroll, performance management, and other HR-related inquiries
  • Collaborate with cross-functional HR teams including Benefits, Payroll, HR Technology, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Retirement, Eligibility, and Corporate Real Estate to resolve employee issues
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by managing cases with accuracy, attention to detail, and professionalism while enhancing the employee experience
  • Identify trends in employee inquiries and partner with leadership on process improvements or escalations
  • Serve as a trusted HR resource while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and service standards

Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first approach
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and employee support functions
  • Experience handling HR service requests or HR operations in a shared services or HR support environment
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field OR 5+ years of HR experience in lieu of a degree
  • Experience with reputed company HCM
  • Experience with reputed company (Ultipro) and/or reputed company
  • Passion for Human Resources with broad HR knowledge; SHRM-CP certification is a plus
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience supporting multiple HR Centers of Excellence
